Occupational Safety / Corporate Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

In order to support our company security in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d). In this responsible function, you make an important contribution to ensuring a safe and lawful working environment. In close cooperation with executives, employees and external partners, you help develop existing safety standards, identify risks at an early stage and implement suitable measures in a sustainable manner. Its multifaceted tasks include in particular: You perform the tasks as a specialist in occupational safety according to ASiG. You advise managers and employees on all issues of occupational and health protection. You carry out risk assessments and develop appropriate measures that you implement together with the specialist areas. You plan and organize training and instruction and carry out these independently. You contribute to the introduction, implementation and continuous development of safety concepts. You monitor compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines and support their practical implementation. You support fire protection, emergency management and crisis prevention. You work closely with authorities, professional associations and external partners. You introduce themselves to the topics object and factory protection as well as risk management.

You have successfully completed a training as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa) or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you also have knowledge or qualifications in areas such as fire protection, safety management or environmental protection. You provide multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety or corporate safety. You have good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, in particular in occupational and health protection (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV). You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured way of working. You communicate clearly and legally and reliably to different contact persons. You have good English skills in word and writing. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement. Team skills, initiative and a high sense of responsibility complete your profile.
