The EDEKA trading company Hessenring mbH, headquartered in the North Hessian Melsungen, leads the field in the food industry in the region with more than 500 EDEKA markets. We supply the independent EDEKA retailers and our directing companies with food and non-food articles in our core sales area of Hesse, South Lower Saxony and Thuringia from our extradition companies Melsungen, Großen-Buseck and Straußfurt. For SB Union Großmarkt GmbH at the Gießen site, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) telephone sales with warehouse management at the next possible time.

Customer-oriented: You serve and advise our customers professionally and convince with your friendly appearance. Complaint processing: You process and solve complaints quickly and professionally and thus ensure a high customer satisfaction. Collection of customer orders: You receive orders, capture them precisely and make sure that all details are collected correctly in our system. Telephone customer support: You are the first contact for our customers and take care of all concerns, from product questions to order tracking. Security: You carry out regular checks on the minimum durability data and strict compliance with the QM guidelines and the statutory provisions according to HACCP. Warehouse management: You monitor and ensure the supply of goods in the delivery warehouse.

Training: You ideally have a successfully completed professional training and bring together assortment knowledge in the field of food wholesale trade. Customer-oriented: You convince with your open communication-strong and helpful appearance. Personality: You have fun and joy in handling food as well as a high understanding of quality, hygiene and cleanliness. Engagement: An accurate and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you. You take active action and participate. Teamability: You are a team player with high use and willingness to work in shiftwork.
