At the next time we are looking for you as project manager:in for refrigeration/air conditioning/ventilation technology (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Stuttgart or Mannheim site. Your tasks:

• As project manager:in the Gewerk Klima, you will develop construction measures for performance, appointment and quality.
• You will unwind the projects over all phases of the HOAI (especially phases 1-6)
• You will monitor the construction sites until the handover to the builders
• You tax and monitor the project budget in cooperation with the controlling
• In coordination with the technical project manager, you carry out a capacity planning
• You are responsible for the implementation of independent agreements on project realization with:the client:in consideration of the strategic interests of the service company

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in facility management, utility technology, building technology, electrical engineering or comparable. Alternatively, you have a master or technician drop in the area of air conditioning or ventilation
• Ideally, in addition to the technical experience in the installation of refrigeration systems, you already have experience in the planning and design of these. You are also safe to travel in the performance phases 1-6 of the HOAI
• You know about the relevant legal foundations (VOB / HOAI and BGB) and you are safe to use Auto-CAD, Archi-Cad and MS-Project
• You convince by communication skills, safe occurrence, enforcement ability as well as a dedicated, reliable and independent way of working
• You understand the requirements of our customers:inside and offering them customized solutions
