Support of management in the monitoring function Development and continuous further development of central principles, requirements and instruments for the internal control system (IKS) as well as the associated process descriptions and regulations Evaluation, documentation and reporting on the results of the central monitoring of the ICS, in particular on identified risks and deficiencies and follow-up of improvement measures Consultation and training of managers and employees with regard to the implementation of the ICS in the context of process design and development Participation in the implementation of an integrated corporate governance system

Completed academic education (Diplom University, Master of Arts, Science or Laws or MBA) in the fields of economics, (economic)engineering, law in conjunction with appropriate professional knowledge and competences such as e.g. external certification according to applicable professional standards for internal auditing, e.g.Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) COSO “Internal Controls” Risk Management Assurance Certification (CRMA) Tester for Internal Auditing Systems – DIIR
