You live the customer service! As part of our shop team, you are the first contact point for customer requests regarding our products, deliveries, complaints and other questions. You work on operational and administrative tasks, both by telephone and in writing. Thanks to internal trainings, you develop to the expert in nutrition and intestinal health and can provide targeted advice to our customers. As part of the Customer Service Team, you contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of our internal processes and our product range. You take customer opinions, discuss them in the shop team and thus sharpen our positioning in the market.
You have successfully completed your studies or training.
