Since our foundation in 2011, we have been following a clear vision: We want to use the potential of the microbiota (bacteria) in our intestine specifically for a longer and healthier life - for all people. A first major milestone on this path was already achieved in 2013 with the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 (Kijimea irritable intestine). Since then, we have been able to significantly improve the lives of millions of stimulus patients worldwide. B. bifidum MIMBb75 is one of the most researched bacterial strains worldwide. His effectiveness and unique mechanism of action have been demonstrated and published in numerous clinical studies, including in renowned journals such as The Lancet. We work with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to explore the links between the microbiota (bacteria in our intestine) and allergies, skin diseases and mental disorders. In short, we investigate how the bacteria in our intestine influence longer and healthier lives. Today we are among the fastest growing healthcare companies worldwide. We reach our customers through a variety of channels: direct communication with doctors and pharmacists as well as print, TV and digital marketing. To further expand our strong business in Europe, we are looking for a content creator focusing on text and multimedia (w/m/d) that supports us in this mission. Our goal is clearly defined: By 2028, we want to make Kijimea the world's largest DTC probiotics brand, giving more than 50 million people a better life each year.

You live the customer service! As part of our shop team, you are the first contact point for customer requests regarding our products, deliveries, complaints and other questions. You work on operational and administrative tasks, both by telephone and in writing. Thanks to internal trainings, you develop to the expert in nutrition and intestinal health and can provide targeted advice to our customers. As part of the Customer Service Team, you contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of our internal processes and our product range. You take customer opinions, discuss them in the shop team and thus sharpen our positioning in the market.

You have successfully completed your studies or training. Ideally, you could already gain experience in the processing of product-related customer requests or bring experience from the hotel industry or nutrition consultancy. You're burning to find the perfect solution for every customer. Ideally, you already have experience with customer information tools and handling MS Office. Your passion is a friendly and professional approach to customers. You bring knowledge of German (mind. C1-Level) and good English (mind. B1-Level). Knowledge in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
