In your important position, you will ensure efficient processes for your production line, direct the work of all production staff: inside your line in your layer and share the team in a targeted way to quickly fulfill the quantity specifications according to the production plan. Furthermore, you monitor the operation of the aggregates assigned to you, set up machines independently and organize all preparations and adjustments before a new production order starts. They coordinate your team, change formats, upgrade plants together and continuously check the quality of the finished products based on defined specifications. Then document your procedure, note any errors in our electronic detection system and at the end of your layer check the cleanliness of machines and jobs. Last but not least, we look forward to your suggestions for optimizing our production processes, especially in terms of quality and quantity. In this respect, you guarantee compliance with all requirements regarding work safety, process hygiene & Co. during your shift.
