In our BIM expert team, you will accompany challenging customer projects from the digital strategy to the operational project practice and actively shape the digital transformation of the construction and real estate industry. Bring your experience in BIM, consulting and project work – flexible throughout Germany Advise public and private contractors to the BIM method and to digital project processes Developing BIM strategies for projects, organisations and portfolios Identify and implement BIM applications along the entire project lifecycle Development of client information requirements, BIM processing plans and project-related BIM guidelines Taxes and secure model-based planning and execution processes with a view to quality, dates and costs Moderating workshops and tuning between contractors, planners, exporting companies and operators

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, building technology, real estate management, information technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the BIM environment, ideally in consulting, project management, planning, project management or digital project execution Funded know-how about BIM methodology, Open BIM, Common Data Environment, model coordination and digital project processes Experience with AIA, BAP, information management and relevant standards and guidelines in the BIM context Knowledge of planning, procurement, construction and operational processes in construction or real estate projects Safe appearance in customer contact as well as experience in workshop formats and dealing with different project participants Structured, solution-oriented operation and understanding of economic project objectives and digital added value
