You will work with highly motivated IT staff in a team. Together with the HR colleagues, we shape the digital transformation. We implement ServiceNow and solve existing IT landscape solutions and implement new backend systems (including Workday International and Rollout in Germany). The focus is on the introduction of new functions of HR Service Delivery (HRSD), as well as the further development. You design the IT integration between HR ServiceNow and the HR IT landscape. You have very good knowledge of the software as a service solution. You will find the analysis of complex and critical interfaces and data flows. You can technically classify difficult situations and develop solutions. Historically grown complexity is not an excuse for you, but a challenge. The connection to existing solutions is practiced in your previous professional life.
