Senior Consultant Data & Analytics - Project Management (m/f/d)

Scope Definition and Expectation Management: Together with our customers and your team, you define the scope, assess the context and tune expectations to the roles involved and their performances. Project coordination: You are responsible for Data & Analytics projects, coordinate your project team and are the first contact person for our customers. Team management and strategy consulting: You are a lighthouse in the team, support and encourage your team members and actively shape the consulting strategy. Technology understanding: You know and understand Data & Analytics architectures based on modern technologies, whether Data Warehouse, Data Lake or Data Lakehouse. Data analysis: Together with Data Architects, Data Engineers and Data Scientists, you can obtain valuable insights from all kinds of data. Presales and Pitches: You are responsible for presales activities, alerts and the preparation of pitches.

Education and expertise: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training and ideally practical experience in consulting. Technology understanding: You are familiar with modern Data & Analytics architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse) and are delighted to acquire new knowledge about applications, technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and tools. Consultancy and strategy skills: You understand technical and technical requirements in the Data & Analytics environment, translate them into sustainable solutions and actively shape consulting and project strategies. Proven project management competence: You have also demonstrated your skills several times as a project management in project situations, trades clearly customer-oriented and inspires your project team. Strong communication and control capabilities: You coordinate complex situations, moderate different stakeholders and represent the topic of Data & Analytics with conviction and enthusiasm. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
