Staff in technical customer service (w/m/d) TECHNIK und ABWECHSLUNG. IHR JOB BEI FINGERAUS:

In the technical customer service you will find perfect solutions for technical questions our customers and are a competent contact person. If you're a strong teammate, looking for a diverse range of tasks and technical challenges, this job is precisely the right thing for you!

TECHNICAL SUPPORT. YEARS:

• They advise our customers on technical questions about their finished finger house
• Here you are responsible for a fixed theme field (e.g. painter/outdoor plaster, windows/doors, heating, electrics ...), have access to our knowledge database and are trained by regular internal departments and technical updates to the specialist
• You process the service enquiries assigned to you mainly by e-mail and switch off for the telephone service in the team, with a phone tool helping you quickly have the right answer
• For solution finding, you are in close cooperation with your colleagues (w/m/d), preliminary laws as well as internal specialist departments and partner companies to advise the customer competently, and learn new things every day
• Through your (special) knowledge, you can contribute to the development of our processes

THE FUNDAMENT FOR THE ERFOLG. IHR PROFIL:

• Complete technical or craft vocational training (e.g. technician / heater / carpenter (w/m/d) or studies as an engineer (w/m/d), as an alternative industrial businessman (w/m/d) with technical experience
• The most important are technical interest and joy in learning new things
• In dealing with customers you are solution-oriented and keep your serenity even in tricky cases
• Routine in handling the PC and common Windows software
