Coordination and control of a clinical trial with 13 European academic and industrial partners Operational project management and monitoring of timelines, budget, reporting, in close cooperation with all stakeholders Consulting and support of all project partners in all phases of the project Support in the preparation of documents for the ethic filing and implementation of the clinical study Organization of processes within the clinical trial (e.g. blood sample logistics) Cooperation with the UKB's third-party funding department for administrative, financial and legal aspects of the project Public Relations/ Communication & Dissemination (project website and newsletter, press releases, social media, information for students) Close communication with all members of the project consortium (organization of meetings, lectures) Coordination of collaboration projects

A completed university degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or related subjects Knowledge of the current tools of project management Secure handling of MS Office and electronic media Sovereignty and Liability in dealing with different target groups (knowledge, pharmaceutical companies, public institutions, doctors and medical staff) Dynamic and organizational personality Very good English language skills and high communication skills Experience in clinical research or science management is beneficial
