You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for professionals and executives for a defined area of competence, from briefing to contract negotiation. As a business partner for executives, your consulting expertise is required when it comes to matching recruiting strategies, selection processes and dealing with the applicant management system. You take over the applicant management, are the central contact for our competitors and keeps you informed about a positive candidate experience throughout the process. You analyze, identify optimization potentials in the existing recruiting process and actively introduce your ideas – for a recruiting that delights. The applicant management system (P&I Loga) will provide you with reliable and support for the team when preparing relevant key figures and reports (Excel).

a completed study with HR focus at least 2 years of proven experience in in-house recruitment. Knowledge of the insurance environment desirable Structured, independent – even with a high parallel vacancy rate (contribution rate up to 30 digits simultaneously) Communication strength, empathy, and a sovereign appearance towards competitors and managers Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and use of MS Copilot. Enthusiasm and interest in current recruiting trends and innovative approaches Very good knowledge of C1 level required
