Management of projects in the context of new installations, modernizations and optimizations of production facilities in the packaging plants of the Palm Group Application of appropriate project management methods to ensure quality, dates and costs Cross-site and cross-works coordination of interdisciplinary teams and close cooperation with internal and external contacts Application of Lean Management Methods to Optimize Processes Travel activities within Central Europe and accompanying the project start on site until successful handover

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology etc.) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in conducting technical projects is a key prerequisite Found experience with classic and agile project management methods as well as lean management, ideally with certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, PMP) Structured, solution-oriented and strong working methods Communication strength and ability to efficiently coordinate teams and stakeholders High readiness to travel within Central Europe (DE/CH/FR/IT/NL/GB/ES/PT) knowledge of English in word and writing; French knowledge of advantage
