in Heubach near Schwäbisch Gmünd

As an IT administrator, you are direct contact for our customers and manage their IT systems. The optimal customer service, IT security and trouble-free operation are our common goal!

You can proactively handle the expansion of IT infrastructure, M365/Azure, communication solutions and virtual infrastructures

Future requirements regarding IT infrastructures and IT applications are open to you, developing concepts and solutions together with us

You are also responsible for the design and support of modern server and client environments of our customers

Incoming support requests and IT requests will be solved according to defined processes

You implement and design firewalls and current security solutions

Qualifications: You have a successfully completed training as a specialist informant or a study in the field of computer science

You already have professional experience in IT infrastructure and firewalls

Personality / Operation: You are communicative, you like to work in a motivated team and you like to work together with us competent customer requests

On complex inquiries from our customers you understand to react professionally

Readiness to travel in the near vicinity – we usually work remotely

Know-how: You have experiences in IT infrastructure (networks, WLAN, VLANs) and are fit in the administration of Windows environments

You also bring knowledge in the field of firewall, IT security and server installations

You are fit in the administration of M365 and ActiveDirectory

Languages: You can communicate well in German and English (written) and communicate topics
