We are looking for a master (m/w/d) at the next time in full time (38,5 hours) You perform master tasks in our entire real estate portfolio in the city of Bremen. This usually involves smaller tasks such as changing lighting equipment, checking damages and the like. In addition, you perform tasks in controlling the security (traffic obligations) and cleanliness of our properties. If necessary, this also includes the appropriate but urgent address of residents or third parties on site in case of violations of the home order.

Ideally you have completed technical craft training, such as carpenters, masons, heating installers, painters (each m/w/d) or similar and several years of professional experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday. You have a passenger ticket. You are an integrative personality who is loyal to the employment company. You can set priorities and adjust them if necessary. You can handle work tips and occasional deadline printing. You will fit us if you are able to contact and cooperate safely, enjoy working in the team and are on time and reliable. You can control communication in German orally and in writing safely.
