The focus is on topics related to our leadership strategy, our culture and our framework conditions, programs for the development of executives and development instruments, as well as the management of our global engagement surveys and initiatives.

Your tasks: Support for global initiatives for the development of executives and the further development of corporate culture (global introduction of new leadership standards and a redesigned framework for basic values), including needs/trend analyses, market benchmarking, solutions, presentations Implementation of smaller PR/communication projects Supporting the project management of the global engagement survey, such as global project management, presentations, analyses and action plan Conducting independent research on topics of management development Support in the team's daily business.

Advanced studies in business, management, psychology or communication sciences, etc. enrolled during the entire internship (Bachelor or Master studies) or Internship after the Bachelor's degree programme for preparation of the Master's degree (practice must be completed within the gap year) Previous professional experience (including internships) in relevant companies Intelligent and highly motivated personality with a high level of readiness to learn, which seeks a career in HR/Consulting Embossed social competence and a high degree of maturity in dealing with the main stakeholders Excellent knowledge of English in word and writing Previous professional experience in the field of human resources and completed studies in the field of HR/psychology/economy are advantageous
