Chairman of the Management Board / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (m/f/d)

Design the future of an established industrial company – internationally, structured, sustainable. As CEO, you are responsible for strategy, organization and outcome. In this key position, you will lead an internationally active medium-sized industrial company of high-precision series production. You report to shareholders and advisers and are responsible for the further development of a family-run structure to a management-led structure. You lead the managing directors as well as international national companies and manage the group according to the Credo “stability before profit before growth”. Your tasks include defining and implementing the global sales and market development strategy, the sustainable value creation of the portfolio and the clear management of the production allocation.

Wide P&L experience spectrum You have completed their studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as well as many years of leadership and earnings responsibility in manufacturing industrial companies, ideally punching and injection moulding with high numbers of units in series production. International Sales Control, Business Development, Production Understanding and Commercial Competence (P&L, Balance sheet) are part of your profile. You lead transparent, decision-making and governance-oriented. You know German and English.
