Senior Controller (FP&A) (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts as a basis for predictive corporate governance You analyze financial and operational KPIs and guide concrete action recommendations for management You look at deviations between plan, forecast and actual and prepare appropriate measures to improve earnings You develop KPI dashboards and management reports and make sure that the relevant control characteristics are transparent and meaningful at any time You are a Sparring partner for our departments and make financial connections and essential drivers understandable and transparent You carry out performance and ad hoc analyses, identify economic relationships and provide sound basis for decision-making for management and project teams You optimise planning, reporting and controlling processes and introduce new impulses for data-based corporate governance

You have a successful degree in economics, business management (BWL) with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or controlling – ideally in the software, SaaS or digital industry You have profound knowledge in MS Excel as well as experience in dealing with modern ERP systems and business intelligence or Reporting tools like Power BI or Salesforce You convince with a pronounced hand-on mentality, high IT affinity and the ability to create data-based transparency and clarity even in a dynamic environment You can communicate safely at all levels and communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You think entrepreneurial, recognize relationships behind the numbers and want to actively shape the financial future of a company You stand up as a business partner for management and departments. You also convince by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
