S-finanzdienst GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Sparkasse Krefeld. Our tasks include supporting and accompanying the employees of Sparkasse Krefeld in all insurance topics and in real estate placement. Our team currently consists of 29 employees.

You support the savings banks employees in the insurance distribution via our telephone hotline in all relevant questions You create offers and requests You answer questions from existing customers You process business incidents from existing private and commercial insurance contracts You are responsible for handling damages You support the external service

(m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience in insurance at a credit institution or an insurance agency You have a pronounced customer and service orientation You have good communicative and social skills and react appropriately and understandingly in critical conversation situations You have a strong team capability and actively shape changes
