Global IT Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for first and second level support for end users from analysis, classification and processing to the final problem solution for national and international locations. You contribute to the co-design and improvement of the processes (including incident request, request offerings) within the IT Service Desk. You provide the necessary documentation, the IT Service Desk and End User relevant IT systems and take care of the wiki and the SharePoint pages in the ITSM environment. The execution of PC/ and software installations is one of your tasks. You control the exchange of PC workstations and the management of IT equipment.

You have completed their studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT training or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in IT first and second level support. You have extensive experience in managing operating systems for servers and clients (e.g. Windows 11), Microsoft Office and Microsoft Cloud. You have basic knowledge in handling Active Directory, Smart Devices and PC hardware. You have a high customer orientation, a safe occurrence, a high self-motivation as well as a team-based operation. You have knowledge of English in word and writing.
