Senior Product Manager Devices (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic development and active management of the defined product portfolio in the field of radiology across the entire Product Life Cycle in line with the corporate strategy You control cross-functional teams, make data-based decisions and drive innovations to ensure sustainable growth and excellent customer experiences You are responsible for market and competition analyses and identify possible product innovations and growth areas You build relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic industrial partners and define new products or product improvements from market and user perspectives You create product requirements, specifications and business plans for new and further developments You control and coordinate product launches in close cooperation with marketing, sales, development, production and quality You support internal or external sales with convincing arguments and product and competitor information and carry out product training

You have a completed technical or business studies or a comparable training You can present at least 6 years of professional experience in product management in medical technology, ideally in radiology, You have experience in working with medical specialist departments as well as KOLs and are familiar with regulatory processes as well as product development processes (agile and classic) You have a solution-oriented and efficient way of working, drive your topics forward with great commitment and implement them in a targeted manner You have a strong communication strength and convince with your presentation and analysis skills as well as a structured way of working, strategic thinking and experience in project management You also have very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel You complete your profile through a sales and marketing-oriented way of thinking, team spirit and a positive attitude
