Active hygiene promotion: You support our hospital hygiene team, consisting of a hospital hygienist and other hygiene professionals, in the implementation of operational and organisational measures to detect, prevent and control hospital infections. Clear hygiene planning: You create and monitor hygiene, disinfection and hygiene-relevant organization plans and ensure their implementation in everyday clinics. Staff training: You advise and train employees on hygiene-relevant topics and ensure the quality of hygiene measures through regular visits and hygienic-microbiological studies. Safe hygiene control: You support the statistical collection and evaluation of nosocomial infections as well as pathogens with special resistances and multi-resistance and contribute to the clarification of transmission chains and the establishment of suitable prevention measures in outbreak management. Static hygiene improvement: You participate in the selection and introduction of hygiene-relevant procedures and products and thus contribute to the continuous development of hospital hygiene.

You have completed training in health care and nursing or nursing. You are a specialist health and nursing agent (m/w/d) for hygiene and infection prevention (hygiene specialist) or have the willingness to continue vocational training financed by the clinic. Their work is structured, organized and shaped by predictive action and self-initiative. You have a high level of expertise, social and communication skills as well as organisational talent and enforcement capability.
