Our customer Siemens Mobility is one of the largest employers in Krefeld and is one of the world's leading industrial companies in rail vehicle construction. We are now looking for a controller (m/w/D) or commercial employee (m/w/d) with experience in controlling to support the commercial project management at the Krefeld site with takeover option and compensation incl. Industry surcharges according to IG- Metall-/Electric Tariff Agreement.

Support for commercial project management by:Planning / Controlling - Cost Controlling with respect to commercial planning and budgets incl. Deviation analyses and reporting to the commercial project management. Where appropriate, adaptation of project planning and identification of opportunities and risks. Implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts work in consultation with the purchaser. Project management. Facilitating orders under the specified guidelines. Checking and recognizing foreign invoices. Costing - regular update on the project duration (MIKA) in consultation with the purchaser. Project management. Takeover and independent execution of partial tasks of the purchaser. Project management (e.g. processing of claims).

(m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d), Büromanagement (m/w/d) or Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training, further training to the controller or specialist study. They have at least 2 years of professional experience in controlling. A secure handling of MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP (in particular SAP value flows) are the basic prerequisite for this role You will also be distinguished by your good knowledge in controlling, in particular the processing and evaluation of data in SAP and Excel, as well as your knowledge about the invoice of jobs in SAP. English skills, and user knowledge in SAP R/3 or other required applications are assumed. An independent, targeted and dedicated way of working as well as fluent German skills must be given.

35 hours/week of work. You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electric Tariff Contract.
