Intensive 12-month trainee phase with targeted training and training for your subsequent target position in sales Introduction to our integrated ERP solution unitop and the associated product portfolio of Microsoft Incorporation into our sales structure (new customer sales and inventory customer support) as well as the knowledge of different customer target groups (trade, industry, NPO and retirement) Takeover of first own sales responsibility in the B2B new customer distribution, for example in the identification and acquisition of new customers Expansion of digital distribution channels (e.g. webinars, fairs, etc.) and active support in business development activities Qualification and Structured Processing of Inbound Leaders in B2B Sales to Ensure High Sales Quality and Optimum Tracking of Potential Customers Care, updating and careful documentation of all sales activities and leads in our CRM system to ensure transparent and efficient sales work Own implementation of initial discussions with potential new customers, including demand determination and first presentation of our solutions

Completed studies in the field of BWL, Sales, Marketing, Business Informatics or from the MINT environment Ideally, first distributive practice experience within the framework of internships or other activities Strong interest in digitalization and new technologies and good technical understanding Impressed customer orientation, strong communicative skills and good negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) Flexibility and readiness for occasional missions
