Trainee Production Manager (m/f/d)

You want to take responsibility and make operational processes active? Our trainee program in the production line allows you to enter production directly. You actively control processes and take early operational and project-related responses in a practical environment. You are directly active in production and support the operational control of production. You co-ordinate processes, recognize pressures in the process and implement gains directly. You work closely with employees, shiftworkers and adjacent departments such as customer service, fleet and technology. You support personnel deployment planning, production organization and shift workflows. You learn to take responsibility for production areas – practical in day-to-day business, not just theoretical. You use key figures and evaluations to continuously optimize production processes. You will be prepared for your role as a future manager through regular training and training.

Qualification: You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of logistics, business management (BWL) or industrial engineering or (m/w/d). Leadership ambitions: You want to quickly take word and grow into a leading role – you are our leadership of tomorrow!
