Operations Manager (m/f/d)

The position is limited to 2 years, but offers you a long-term perspective in a dynamic environment with development possibilities. Are you on it? Integrated control of the operational area: planning, implementation and control of all relevant measures for the successful management of your responsibilities and for the continuous optimization of existing processes in the daily business. Leadership & Development of Employees:inside: An esteeming, partnership leadership creates orientation, promotes potential and allows your team to deliver top performance every day. Interface and Stakeholder Management: Target group-oriented communication with central areas such as IT, account management and other internal partners:in order to ensure smooth processes. Budget and Forecast Management: Support in planning, monitoring and preparation of budgets and forecasts with a clear focus on quality, costs and sustainability. Key figures and performance management: analysis and control of relevant KPIs, in particular productivity indicators, deriving effective measures and ensuring operational results.

Qualification: Successfully completed economic or economic studies with a focus on logistics / supply chain management or a comparable qualification. Professional experience & leadership competence: Multiannual experience in operational logistics areas as well as first or deeper experience in managing employees:inside. Methods and Process Understanding: Knowledge in Lean Management and KVP Methods and ideally experience in implementing projects, including in the international environment. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing are essential for daily cooperation. Personality & Working: Impressed customer orientation, sense of responsibility, communication strength and the need to make things binding and deliver results.
