Cross-location customer support – you support customers independently of the location and ensure a uniform service quality. You are the first contact point for inquiries on site, by mail and telephone and provide professional advice. Coordinate workshop appointments – you plan efficiently, ensure a smooth process and keep all appointments in mind. Organize spare parts – ensure that all required parts are purchased in time and are available on time for the workshop. Complete warranty applications – you carefully examine warranty requests, submit them and accompany the entire process until the decision. Take over administrative tasks – Create invoices, credits & cunning offers. Find solutions – ensure satisfied customers with fast and competent support

A completed commercial training or comparable qualifications You already have experience in customer contact, communication is your strength and you have pleasure handling customers Service and customer orientation are not only keywords for you, but your lived way of working You are safe to use the common Microsoft Office applications
