You are responsible for a fixed customer base and are in regular contact with our customers and their customers as the main contact partner (m/w/d). You independently process the payment processes of the debitors and check claims for their legality You take over all activities in customer service including the Mahnwesen for our customers You support and represent their teammates and work closely with their colleagues in the associated areas You work with different projects

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or have gained several years of relevant professional experience – cross-comers are welcome You have good accounting knowledge optionally in the account setting and in payment transactions You convince with secure MS Office skills, a good understanding of numbers, a quick understanding and a joy to learn You work independently and conscientiously, are service-oriented and have a pronounced team and communication capability We need language skills German C1 in word and writing
