We are located in an environment with high recreational value, between the Lake Starnberger and Munich with S-Bahn connection. Representation of management in absence personnel deployment planning, downtime management, staff management and team development Structured planning of continuing and continuing training Participation in regular communication dates Participation in the strategic development of the area Regular exchange with the interdisciplinary integration team Representation of business and clinic objectives inward and outward Promoting open and constructive fault culture

A completed vocational training as a GKP or nurse Career experience in intensive care A further training on the management in the hospital or a comparable completed training in management, APN, management experience is desirable. Good knowledge of MS Office Flexibility, resilience, commitment, team and motivation Willingness to interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary cooperation Representative social competence, communication and presentation skills

Compensation according to the national association agreement of the VPKA Bayern, incl.
