Do you want to connect technology, customer contact and sales? In this role you take on a central interface function between our customers, the technical service and the distribution in the area of washing technologies. You serve customers in an operational and tactical manner, solve technical questions directly on site, and at the same time actively promote the development of existing and new customer relationships. We are looking for SERVICE TECHNICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN (M/W/D) - WASHING TECHNOLOGIES

Location / Area: North or South Germany, Washing Technologies Type of contract: Full time, unlimited Start date: at the next possible time

You carry out maintenance, repair and installation of equipment directly at the customer's premises You analyse technical disorders, develop suitable solutions and implement them in practice with the customer You serve customers with a clear operational and tactical focus and ensure reliable customer communication You control the entire customer contact – from the qualification of new leads to the conclusion of the contract to the care after sale You achieve defined sales targets, maintain existing customer relationships and actively support business development You bring your application knowledge to the products, services and applications of the Business Division and accompany first application tests as part of the customer acquisition and product marketing You give extensive application topics structured to application management and ensure smooth knowledge transfer You take responsibility for achieving the agreed margin targets You actively attract new customers and continue to expand their business

You have completed vocational training, technical training or a comparable degree in the chemical, technical or commercial field, e.g. chemistry, textile chemistry, electronics, textile cleaning or laundry You have technical understanding and experience in technical service, sales or in a comparable customer-oriented function You work in a solution-oriented, independent manner and also keep the eye for customer needs and economic goals in technical challenges You communicate safely with customers, identify potentials and lead customer relationships bindingly to completion You bring interest in applications, products and services in the area of Washing Technologies and continuously expand your expertise You combine practical hand-on mentality with sales thinking and take responsibility for results, margins and customer satisfaction
