This is what awaits you: Two-stage training programme Duration: up to 12 months Personal mentoring The following specialist tasks are waiting for you: As a PreMaster, a fully-fledged member of the eBike service and take over challenging and forward-looking projects. You identify and design both new processes and new functions of our products. You are analysing potential for improvement and participating in the optimization, automation and digitization of our service processes. You will create requirements for implementing processes in IT solutions or new functions in our products. You check our current reporting options and compare them with other solutions, both for operational control and reporting to management. Education: Successful, completed bachelor's degree in the field of economics, engineering, computer science, business informatics or a similar degree program with the concrete intention of taking a master's degree course. Experiences and know-how: You bring experience from sales and service and have already gained first experience with agile working methods. Ideally, you bring process knowledge and knowledge about service IT solutions. In addition, you have already had points of contact with the applications of artificial intelligence. Personality and working methods: You are curious, communicative, team-oriented and working entrepreneurially acting. In addition, you are self-employed, targeted, structured, and systematic. Enthusiasm: You have fun working with customers (traders and users), an affinity to bike and are interested in digitization. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
