Automation Production Engineer (f/m/d)

Be part of our colorful team: In order to further develop our production department, we are looking for an experienced personality with comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledge in automation – with the aim of building a separate expert team and acting as a contact person at an eye level with the department management.

They take responsibility at the expert level with strategic influence and actively contribute to the development of the team. They are driving the automation of our production (including robotics, AI, PLC) with technical downfall. They are responsible for the training and technical support of the production team. They ensure a reliable exchange with the fields of research & development, quality management and maintenance. In close coordination with the management level, they contribute to the strategic expansion of our manufacturing technologies.

completed studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification multi-year practical experience in industrial production – ideally in the context of complex manufacturing processes as well as with CAD (preferably SolidWorks) sound knowledge in PLC programming and robotics (e.g. Siemens, KUKA, FANUC) plus: knowledge of process automation, LEAN management and ideally shop floor management strong technical understanding and implementation strength Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation with various disciplines combined with great commitment to take responsibility and to build a team of their own pronounced communication capability and interface understanding
