Shift Supervisor Electronics Production (m/f/d)

With around 1,600 employees worldwide, the company offers tailor-made solutions for various industries. The location in the Unterstadion area specialises in the production of electronic assemblies and focuses on modern production facilities and innovative technologies.

We are looking for a shift manager (m/w/d), who runs around 22 employees professionally and disciplinaryly, is responsible for the processes within the SMD equipment and works as a real player trainer close to his team and machines.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of around 22 employees in shift operation of the SMD assembly Organisation and control of daily production processes taking into account quality, delivery dates, cost-effectiveness and work safety Active presence in production and operational support in technical problems and disruptions Continuous optimization of production processes and collaboration on lean, card and shopfloor topics Further development and qualification of employees and coordination of necessary maintenance and repair measures

Successfully completed technical training, for example as an electronic or mechatronic, ideally complemented by a further education as a master or technician Professional experience in electronics production, SMD/SMT assembly or a comparable automated production environment Experience in the professional and ideally disciplinary leadership of employees Embossed machine affinity, operational hands-on mentality and understanding of production key figures Clear and value-assuring leadership style and willingness to change regularly between early and late layers
