The SOS Children's Village Hamburg is an institution of the SOS Kinderdorf e.V. with differentiated (part-)stationary, outpatient and open support offerings for children, young people and families. As part of our multi-professional team, you play a central role in the educational support of four children within a children's village family. Together with another specialist, you can support the Kinderdorf Mutter or the Kinderdorfvater in everyday life. You actively shape an environment that creates security, trust and individual development opportunities. Designing everyday life: You accompany the children in everyday educational life, in school and free-time educational activities – age-oriented and participative Promote development: You support children individually in their emotional, social and cognitive development and work together on perspectives for a self-esteemed life in a social environment Binding & offer protection: You shape sustainable, authentic relationships taking into account our child protection concept Teamwork & Responsibility: You work closely with the children's village mother or the children's village father, take responsibility in their absence and jointly secure reliable daily structures Networking & Cooperation: You work with help and education planning and are active in exchange with the social environment of the children flexible use: On holiday or illness you are also represented in other children's village families and support in family-wide offers Life: You implement the protection concept of SOS-Kinderdorf consistently and professionally
