Do you want to not only accompany the digitalization of the German road network, but actively control it? To support our team in the Multi-Project Management department, we are looking for you as BIM Manager (m/w/d) to set new standards in digital planning and construction together with us.

Implementation, establishment and further development of the BIM@Autobahn strategy in the branch and coordination of all internal and external BIM activities at strategic and operational level Developing and updating internal BIM standards and processes based on Lessons Learned and representing the branch in consultations with the headquarters. Definition, coordination and verification of BIM requirements in procurement and planning processes, including AIA and BIM execution plans (BAP) Support of project participants in the implementation and implementation of BIM methodology in projects from AIA to the existing model Accompanying the BIM projects over the performance phases, in particular in the planning processes according to HOAI Technical support and quality assurance of planning services, digital models and BIM supplies Organisation of a cross-disciplinary exchange of information, preparation of best practice experiences and legal advice of the external offices on BIM-related issues. Conception, targeted preparation and implementation of practical, project-specific BIM individual training and workshops for employees in the branch area. Preparation of low-level performance indicators for BIM reporting to management as well as active internal and external communication and networking on BIM.

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering, construction informatics, a comparable qualification or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience. Knowledge and practical experience in the handling of BIM projects (application of the building information modeling method) and project management. Influential experiences in in interdisciplinary project processing as well as collaborative working methods and the use of collaboration tools (CDE). Proven experiences in dealing with coordination, testing and author software in the BIM environment as well as sound knowledge about data and process management. Very good German language skills in word and writing (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference)

That would be desirable: Founded practice with infrastructure projects, the performance phases and the planning processes according to HOAI, as well as experience in the organisation and implementation of workshops and training. Structured, independent and targeted mode of operation combined with safe occurrence, negotiation skills and high readiness for responsibility, loading and deployment. High affinity for digital working methods, processes and digitalization in the building industry, as well as a pronounced capacity for interdisciplinary thinking and integral cooperation. Very good analytical and methodological skills for task detection and solution description in the context of BIM processes as well as high capacity for persuasion, enforcement and coordination.
