For our Hagsfeld 2, At Storrenacker 27 in 76139 Karlsruhe we are looking for a 01.07.2025 Social worker (m/d) (in parttime 80% - 31.2 hours) The establishment offers 120 people with mental impairment, vocational training and jobs in full and part-time. For more than 30 years, we have been manufacturing therapy beds for clinics, rehabilitation centres and physiotherapists. In industrial assembly and packaging we manufacture simple and complex assemblies and carry out various packaging work. The aim of the agency is to enable and secure the participation of people with disabilities in working life.

Social Responsibility for about 50 people with predominantly mental disabilities, cooperation in the placement of internships, crisis interventions Consultation of group management in relation to personal participation in the working life of people with disabilities Close coordination with all participants in the participation process (e.g. service providers, relatives, legal supervisors, employees of special housing, doctors, therapists) Creation of participation reports They work closely with the rehabilitation department management, another member of the accompanying social service, as well as the group management of the establishment.

You have a completed study as a social workerin or social educationin and relevant professional experience with people with a mental illness and have joy in advising people with and without disabilities are strong and reliable team players are interested in diverse and varied tasks take the initiative and appreciate independent work
