Object Responsibility: You assume the operational, technical and economic responsibility for the care of the associated objects of a region Contact: You are the central contact person for our customers in the supervised objects Quality control: You carry out regular quality controls and coordinate and check maintenance, repair and cleaning work Disruption management: You process fault, damage and hazard reports independently Project implementation: You implement smaller construction projects and operator responsibility Cost control: You monitor and control the costs under the agreed contracts Documentation: You create reports and perform the necessary documentation

Training: You have successfully completed training in the field of technical building equipment Service orientation: You convince by a pronounced customer and service orientation Self-employment: You work independently, structured and cost-conscious Driving licence: You have a class B driving licence
