In your role as ''HR Referent of the Payroll Services (m/w/d)' department management, payroll services support you in operational and strategic issues and actively contribute to the development of the department. You identify optimization potentials, develop independent solutions and accompany the implementation of new strategies and processes. You are responsible for the implementation of subprojects, including time, resource and budget management. In addition, you can create professional presentations and decision templates and moderate workshops and meetings if necessary. You act as a central interface between internal departments (e.g. HR, Finance and IT), external service providers and authorities and represent the department management in selected bodies.

Complete studies in the field of human resources management, business management or comparable qualifications Finded professional experience in pay billing or HR services System knowledge (e.g. SAP Success Factors, SAP EC/ECP, Paisy Advanced) and good English skills of advantage Embossed Analytical Skills High organizational talent, proactive working and pleasure in process and project work Communication and presentation strength as well as very good Microsoft Office knowledge
