Senior Director Warehouse Operations (m/f/d)

As Senior Director Warehouse Operations (w/m/d), you control the entire stock logistics of the company worldwide. Together with your four-headed management team, you will develop concepts and strategies for tomorrow and tomorrow. Together, you have the overall responsibility for more than 150 employees, across the site and with international impact and create a performance-oriented culture in which change is not managed but actively designed. You develop forward-looking concepts for modernising warehouse processes and cooperating with external partners and present them directly at the board level. The high-performance logistics center in Obersontheim is your operational hub within an internationally oriented supply chain organization. From here, you are driving their further development sustainably. You create transparency and comparability through the standardization of processes and KPIs across all structures and establish a uniform control and reporting system.

A strong understanding of the interface between technology and business management is what will enable you to achieve operational and strategic requirements of the position. Their successfully completed studies or training form the foundation. You have multi-year leadership experience in complex, decentralized warehouse and logistics structures, preferably in international industrial companies, the trade or large logistics service providers with large series context. A pronounced IT confession for logistics and storage systems (WMS, interfaces/integration, KPI/reporting structures) is important. You have a strong communication strength at all hierarchical levels and experience in cooperation with internal partners and external service providers. Their guiding style is integrative, transparent and consistent implementation oriented. You move people in change processes - through conviction, not by instruction. You master German and English at a safe level (min. C1) and have the willingness to travel regularly internationally.
