We are waiting for you to keep an eye-catching attitude with the residents, value-adding exchange in the team and an excellent communication culture! Located rurally with a great garden and at the same time close to the city with good infrastructure - this is our residential group PM3 in the powder mill path in Nieder-Ramstadt / Mühltal. In three modernly designed apartments on three levels, we support 8 middle-aged residents with different intensive educational focuses on individual and person-centric, just as they need.

How does your day look like

• With empathy and humour, you will create a clearly structured everyday life and the leisure of our residents in individual and group settings. • In direct collaboration with exciting people you have a lot of time and space for real relationship work and ensure a pleasant atmosphere • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our residents, you work closely with the team and our experts who support you in your work • If necessary, you will also ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents and respond flexibly to different educational requirements
