For our market in Schorndorf we are looking for you as an employee (m/w/d) for sales services You are responsible for the telephone customer support The coordination of spare parts for deliveries is part of your task They are responsible for expert and professional advice and targeted information of delivery service customers You take over the order pickup, order pickup and system-side order processing In addition, you are responsible for the acceptance of complaints, internal clarification and processing of complaints Promoting the active sale of supply goods is also part of your task

You have a completed training in retail or first professional experience in the field mentioned They are reliable and strong in communication Your strengths include a team-oriented and independent way of working A customer-oriented, safe and friendly appearance is of course for you They bring time flexibility and look forward to new challenges You have good knowledge in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
