They work within the Coating department as a project manager development (m/w/x) in the field of optical lithography DUV at the Oberkochen site.The work packages primarily focus on process development for coating a new product, but also go beyond the coating area.

You take part in project responsibility for objects/modules within complex development programs

They ensure the implementation of the project objectives, the planning of your sub-area, the cutting of the work packages and the control of the project activities within a matrix organization

They ensure smooth interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external interfaces and manage change requirements for your projects

They regularly report on the project status vis-à-vis management and external partners, support milestone reviews or carry them through

You take responsibility for transferring development processes from development to series production

They ensure that we achieve our project and business goals

You have a successfully completed scientific or engineering degree/master study, ideally with doctorate

They have at least three years of professional experience in managing development projects or subprojects, ideally with a project management certification

They have several years of experience in the development of complex systems and/or processes, ideally in the field of coating (PVD/CVD)

They are characterized by a strong communication and team capability combined with conflictability, flexibility and resilience and have a high degree of self-responsibility and commitment

You have fun to motivate team members, steer them in a targeted way, and thus you like to create a powerful project team

It marks a balanced technical and social competence as well as reliable knowledge of German and English
