As a Commercial Property Manager (m/w/d), you assume the holistic responsibility for the economic support and management of our real estate – from tenant communication to contract and demand management to budget control and service provider coordination. Contact person for tenant communication, damage management and insurance processing Cooperation with the Technical Property Management to monitor building management services Management of leases, bails, rental payments and dunning Organisation of rental area transfers and withdrawals Examination and approval of ancillary cost accounting as well as preparation of economic plans and reports Coordination of object visits, service providers and invoice entries Responsibility for cost and budget controlling of assigned objects

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) Ideal experience with SAP Ideally at least two years of professional experience in real estate management, preferably in commercial or residential property management Secure German in Word and Writing, further language skills of advantage
