Assembly & Manufacturing Control: Responsibility for assembly and mechanical production in vehicle construction Hands-on work in day-to-day business: support through active cooperation when required Frictionless order processing: Ensure that all orders are handled smoothly and technically Support special solutions: independent processing of technical questions and support in special solutions Team management: management of the assembly ladder and their representation in the areas of special construction and wall mounting Coordinating important interfaces: Contact person for sales, work preparation (AV), quality assurance (QS), construction and production management Planning training: organisation and responsibility for training and maintenance Promoting processes: cooperation in process optimization and continuous improvement of workflows

Training & Qualification: Complete training with training as a master (e.g. as an industrial master metal (w/m/d) or a motor champion (w/m/d)), alternatively a comparable qualification Professional experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in assembly, mechanical production or vehicle construction as well as a good technical understanding and the ability to implement orders independently in practice IT- & language skills: German language skills Personal Competence: First experience in a leadership or deputy leadership function desirable, as well as a structured functioning, enforcement capacity and communication strength
