You control the flow of material from the raw coffee intake, the supply of roasting equipment and the mixing of the various roastings to the roasted coffee storage. In addition, you serve our complex roasting facilities professionally, implement production plan specifications and always have a look at the quality, quantity and safety at your work. In addition, you will recognize proactive deficiencies with your technical expertise and take appropriate TPM measures for sustainable troubleshooting and process optimization. During your working day, you will be in close contact with your direct colleagues as well as operational technology and quality assurance.

You have completed vocational training in the technical field or production environment. Experience in the field of plant control - ideally in food production - brings you with. Basic knowledge of MS Office systems and experience with WinCC can be found. Your flexibility to work in the weekly changing shift rhythm (spring, late and night shifts) is what distinguishes you.
