Head of Analytics (m/f/d)

The Head of SAP Analytics is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all SAP Analytics activities at NTT DATA Business Solutions AG. The role is central to the data-driven decision-making and the further development of the SAP Analytics landscape - especially in the context of S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You are part of an international team in Global IT with the focus on analytics processes in the SAP environment.

Main tasks:

■ You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of an SAP BI/Analytics team.

■ The development and implementation of a company-wide SAP Analytics strategy will be your task.

■ Controlling projects for the introduction and optimization of SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere etc.) is one of your tasks.

■ You work with internal stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

■ You ensure data quality and governance in SAP Analytics systems.

■ You evaluiate new technologies and trends in the SAP Analytics environment (e.g. AI, Machine Learning, Embedded Analytics).

■ You are responsible for budget responsibility for SAP Business Applications and related projects.

■ You actively shape the structure of the analytics system landscape.

■ You have a degree in (economic) informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification.

■ You could gain multi-year, well-founded experiences in SAP BI/Analytics, ideally with leadership experience.

■ You have a deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.

■ You have experience in managing complex SAP projects as well as change and stakeholder management.

■ You are characterized by strong analytical and problem-solving as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

■ You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

■ Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
