Your IMPACT Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of Project Managers and Engineers in the field of building automation Ensuring efficient project processing from planning to successful commissioning Technical and organizational deployment planning of the team members as well as control of external partners to ensure smooth project execution Central technical contact for customers, internal departments, project management and external service providers Ensuring correct technical documentation, compliance with internal processes and enforcement of defined standards across all project phases Coaching and further development of employees Escalation management and support in complex technical issues

Your profile Complete technical training or corresponding studies (e.g. electrical engineering, building technology, automation technology) or a comparable qualification. Experience in team management or professional management of employees Practice in project coordination or control, ideally in the technical or building environment Sovereign occurrence and pronounced enforcement and negotiation skills Very good German knowledge and good English skills Ready for customer appointments as well as possession of a class B licence
