In doing so, you work closely and trustfully with the Nursing Centrumsleitung, the teams of your areas of responsibility, the team of junior researchers as well as other central practitioners to shape the training and develop evidence-based further. Their work focuses significantly on the business objectives of the Charité as well as on the legal framework of training and primary-qualifying courses of care B.Sc. and midwife science B.Sc. Their second area of responsibility includes the direct care of patients.

Overview of the job You are responsible for the following fields: hematology/oncology, bone marrow transplantation, palliative medicine or radiooncology The decentralized practice leaders in your area of responsibility accompany you and act as the first respondent in educational and training-related questions. New decentralized practice leaders are selected, incorporated and supported in their technical, methodical and social development In close cooperation with the team, develop junior security, decentralized practitioners and with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders You continue the practical training based on evidence When evaluating the structured practice instructions according to legal requirements/tarif contract and scientific findings, you support, guide action recommendations and implement them in practice You will also coordinate the practice assignments of internal and external trainees/students and will be responsible for capacity planning in your area of responsibility in coordination with relevant interfaces If necessary, direct trainees themselves and take exams Practical learning units are elaborated by you across areas and practical seminar days are organised New employees will be incorporated by you and supported in the adjustment qualification/ knowledge assessment of international colleagues You represent the practical training of the Charité at internal and external events and congresses About half of your working time you work in the described area of responsibility and the other half in the direct care of patients

We are looking for You have completed vocational training in health care and (children) nursing, nursing/care professional, nursing care or bachelor care A completed study B.A.Pädagogik in the healthcare, medical or nursing education or a comparable study Professional experience in training Care pedagogical additional qualification according to legal regulations Multiannual relevant professional experience and a high professional, nursing expertise in one of the above mentioned fields 24h training courses to be completed annually (of which at least 16h with a vocational education context) A safe occurrence and professional handling of colleagues and trainees Very good communication skills in word and writing Motivation for continuing development of professional, personal and social competence High performance, sense of responsibility, commitment and willingness to take over independent tasks High level of flexibility, readiness to cross-campus activities
