Hansestadt Lüneburg is looking forward to strengthening the subsidiary of Abwasser, Grün & Lüneburger Service GmbH (AGL) for the area of Betriebshof and is looking for a limited period of time until 31.03.2027 in full or part-time

for use in urban green, Road maintenance/road cleaning, sewer maintenance and winter service

The job is part-time, the part-time can be configured according to individual consultation in the work area, so that the task is fulfilled. Depending on the weather and need, additional work can be required. Continuing employment is aimed at good performance.

We are looking for real team players: those who want to tackle the tasks in a modern company. The application is made at AGL. As a municipal service company, the AGL has around 190 employees: in the majority of the companies, services for the management of urban infrastructure, from road maintenance and cleaning, the maintenance of green facilities, winter service, the maintenance of municipal fleets, the planning and maintenance of sewerage and open water, to the operation of the sewage plant. The AGL has modern facilities and a comprehensive vehicle and device park, including zero-emission vehicles.

Tasks:

The area of responsibility includes the support of the departments of urban green, road cleaning and road entertainment as well as channel entertainment. In addition, the use in snow and ice removal and the removal of scattered goods on walking and cycling paths and at bus stops in the city area is also one of the tasks.

It is desirable to possess the licences of Class B and Class BE (or Old Class 3).

These are manual winter service activities for which good physical constitution is required. With appropriate suitability, use is provided on special winter service tractors. If an operation in the winter service is not necessary due to the weathering / utilisation, use is made within the areas of wastewater, Grün & Lüneburger Service GmbH. The willingness to do so is assumed.

Depending on the weather and needs, winter services are usually used in the period from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (breakfast service from 3:00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. and late service from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Primarily, early-service employment takes place. The service life can vary between three and ten hours.

Membership in the active deployment department of the volunteer fire brigade Lüneburg-Mitte, the willingness to become a member there or as a member of another fire brigade, the willingness to participate in the service in Lüneburg during the working hours is encouraged.

The grouping takes place in the pay group 3 collective agreement of the public service (TVöD). The entry fee in the pay group 3 TVöD is in the level of experience 1-3: 37,947,72 € – 41,320,07 € per year in full time. Please enter the earliest possible date with your application.
