Service Manager - Technical Service / Coordination (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic support of our customers – from the first request to the delivery creation to the successful service use. You independently plan and coordinate all service activities such as commissioning, maintenance, repairs and customer training. As a central interface, you clarify technical and commercial issues and work closely with the teams of sales, project management and engineering. You take the active Troubleshooting, analyze customer concerns and ensure a sustainable and satisfactory solution. You process customer queries, create service offers with MS Office, and carefully examine the associated data in our systems.

You have a completed technical or commercial training and a great enthusiasm for products in need of explanation. Ideally, you already have first experience in customer service, after sales or sales – if not, but that is not a problem. You are a communication talent, always think customer-oriented and bring the necessary readiness to travel on site. When dealing with MS Office you are safe and can communicate fluently both in German and English. With your proactive and solution-oriented way, you make sure that a good solution is found for every customer's presence.
